 哇還真是好久沒翻譯歌詞了，時隔兩年終於想繼續動工了。

小實編在不到一個月的時間就要出發去日本當交換學生了，不知道大家這兩年過得好嗎？

這首歌是繼The Script在2021年發表的 Tales from The Script（除了有一首 I want it all 新歌之外沒有新梗的經典集大成專輯）後久違的新歌，副歌的部分非常地琅琅上口，屬於越聽越好聽的類型。The Script在我心中一直都是個閃閃發亮的獨特存在，雖然這幾年的喜好轉換變得很少聽他們的歌了，但不管怎樣應該就是會愛他們一輩子吧（笑。

這首歌有幾句歌詞的意境不好直譯，感謝Mavis編和外文系畢業的朋友和我一起討論歌詞如何翻譯。比如說光是I dare you to doubt me. 那句話到底要怎麼翻就討論了半天：

怎麼辦腦袋裡浮現的畫面只有氣候少女的How Dare You迷因。

其實要把Dare這個詞轉換成接地氣的中文，我第一個念頭是「我笑你不敢啦！」，而Mavis編的想法是「老子沒在怕辣！」（笑

當然歌詞翻譯必須文雅些，才有讓人想像的空間，幾番討論之後還是覺得翻成「儘管懷疑我吧」好像相對正常一點，歌詞翻譯果然很有趣呢！
